Rising Star Canine Ranch

Run for the Money Cup is open for entry!

November 6-8, 2026
Rising Star Canine Ranch, Oak Ridge, NC
In person judge: Rene Blank from Germany
This is an unsanctioned, FCI style agility trial for exciting awards and cash prizes!

BIS can run in panties, toys AND food can be used for reward in the ring. You can have a concealed toy or food, no permit required 😝, and run for competition. If you want to change in the middle of your run to reward a behavior, simply proceed to bring out your toy or food and reinforce your dog. You will be eliminated but you can support and reinforce your dog, as needed, just like they do in Europe!

Custom Fitness Consultations at Rising Star

I’ll be available at Rising Star Canine Ranch on Friday September 25th (sorry for the typo) after the UKI show, and I’m opening up a very limited number of custom canine fitness consultation spots for Friday afternoon/early evening.

These are 45-minute, one-on-one sessions where we can take a closer look at your dog and talk through what would be most useful for them.

We can use the session to:

• Review your dog’s gait and overall movement
• Look at position changes and movement quality
• Break down a sport-specific movement you’re concerned about
• Talk through strengths, weaknesses, or areas you want to improve
• Discuss a fitness plan designed around your dog and your goals

These are a great option if you’ve been wondering what your dog actually needs instead of just adding more random exercises to your routine.

45 minutes — $120
Multi-dog/same-handler sessions may be booked at a discounted rate.
