I thought I would share a fun challenge a customer brought to me. Soooo with covid and so many weddings and parties being postponed, I had extra time on my hands to take on this unique project. Back story... the customer bought these Mickey and Minnie frames at Montgomery Wards.... so these vintage frames were covered in blobs of green stuff to look like a garden topiary. The customer brought them in for me to take a look at... left me some silk Ivy with me, threw up her hands and just said I’m not creative and was at a loss as to what to do with them. She’s like whatever you want to do... I trust you! Few days later after thinking about the project I had a great idea to make them come alive with silk flowers. Easily 12 hrs of labor went into these and a few extra trips to get more silks (5 stores later) hahah I am not ashamed to say all the silks on these are from the dollar store. (There are A LOT) on here too!! Kept the cost down for the customer as well! As you can see from the start to finish.... these garden topiaries look like they belong on the grounds of Walt Disney World now!

Today has been so rewarding as I was asked to send flowers to some businesses who have been waiting for phase 3 to have their GRAND reopening! I know it will be a stressful day, but so rewarding to get back into the place you love!!

This piece is going out to an Italian Restaurant 💚🇮🇹❤️ what a fantastic way to show your support and make it a extra special day for them too!

To give you an idea of the scale of this piece... this is sitting on a crystal filled 19 in martini glass with led lights inside! Picture taken on my high boy cocktail table that is 36 inches
