DJ HBOMB internet radio station DJ Harvey Vail is DJ HBOMB's real name. From these stations Harv found an appreciation for all types of music.

Growing up in the western suburbs of Chicago (Berwyn/Cicero), the local radio stations were B96, Z95, US99, 95.5WNUA, 100.3 Lite FM, Q101, Oldies 104.3, and 97.9 the Loop. His father would play older music from the 30's through 50's in the house all the time. Harv cherishes that music for the memories it brings to him. Harv enjoys finding gems through all media platforms, of up and comers or indie

artists that he thinks deserve radio play. "Music is universal in the way everyone can enjoy a great beat, cool riff, or touching lyrics, and that's why I want to share what I hear with everyone."
