We are super excited to be back at Gad Dam Brewing this Saturday!! We open at 12 and can’t wait to see our Summerville peeps. We have smoked Mac and cheese, pulled pork and buffalo chicken on the menu today.

The Cast Iron Smoker food truck is here today through the whole weekend. Tomorrow (Bridge Day), they'll have TWO trucks, and one will be smoking a pig. Also on the menu: Smoked burgers, brats, wings, hot dogs, plus fries and other sides. And the weather forecast looks stellar!

On Saturday, October 19th at 1pm, Cast Iron Smokers will present a Bridge Day After Party Pig Roast at Bridge Brew Works, offering an extensive menu from two food trucks, including brisket, pulled pork, bratwurst, burgers, hot dogs, chicken, and wings, paired with an assortment of sides: smoked Mac and cheese, baked beans, green beans, fries, and slaw.
