Serving 400 people looks easy when the bar is stocked, the drinks are cold, and the line keeps moving.
But behind the scenes? There’s a whole lot of planning that happens before the first drink is poured.
For U of M Spring Jam, that meant shopping, stocking, coolers, ice, backup ice, setup, staffing, and making sure every detail was ready before students arrived.
That’s the work we love taking off your plate.
Whether we’re serving a big campus event, a corporate party, a wedding, a grad party, or a backyard celebration, our goal is always the same: make the beverage side feel easy so you can actually enjoy the event.
And hearing that the students loved the mocktails? That made all the behind-the-scenes prep worth it.
