Your Wishes - Your Plans - October 22

Chicago Gaelic Park is hosting a free and brief workshop on estates, trusts, wills, legacy arrangements, and advanced funeral planning on Thursday, October 22nd at 10am. Tea, coffee, and continental breakfast will be served.

Featured presenters and their respective topics include John Devitt – Gaelic Park Endowment, Ericka Vetter – Gaelic Park Banquets, Bill Kiley – Sheehy & Curley Funeral Homes, Kathy Reaney Sales – Athas Designs Funeral Printing, Megan Curran & Colleen Lucki – Music, and Eileen Kerlin Walsh – Estates, Trusts, Wills, and Legacy Arrangements.

Each week, read a chapter of Dr. Duffy’s book, and learn a song that pertains to that era. Duffy is a senior lecturer in Medieval History at Trinity College Dublin.

Instructors: Scholars and Irish Singing Midwest Fleadh Medalists Jan Bauers, Christine Lawless, and Heather Preston.

Is it Flights & Flannels day yet?? Safe to say we’re really looking forward to Friday!

Vibes are always incredible on the Gaelic Park patio. The forecast is clear and crisp 🤌🍂 for Friday evening. The patio is also covered, so you, the dance floor, and our breweries will stay dry no matter the weather.

The Tara Room will be open; that’s where you’ll find the cash bar, extra seating, and bathrooms! Our friends from Guinness will also be in the Tara Room, so you can grab a pint at the bar and get your photo printed on it!

Grab your tickets online by October 1st to save money! Ticket prices are higher online and at the door on Friday.
