Ashlee and Cody were married on Saturday, August 23rd at Old Stonegate Farms. Sprinkles in the morning turned into a beautiful weather day! Ashlee’s grandma and sister helped create the decorations for the ceremony and reception. Wowza… loved it all!

Sam (cousin from AZ) was amazing, keeping things organized and on schedule. Everyone needs a Sam (and her husband and breakfast spread helper) on their wedding day!! The whole crew brought Ashlee’s (and Grandma Peggy’s) vibe! I unfortunately did not get a picture of the ceremony arbor but trust me 😳🥰🥰🥰

Ohhhh… and Ashlee’s d r e s s! I warned Cody 😊😊 after seeing it hanging up in the bridal suite. Perfect princess gown

The tear down and trailer loading crew crushed it! So did the ring bearer? …with awesome dance moves… and the adorable baby in the wagon (that was so kindly donated) It was a wonderful day!!

Yet again, kind, generous, fun and loving families at OSF on Saturday!! We wish the new Mr & Mrs Munro a lifetime of love and laughter 💚

Friday, August 22nd was Wedding Day for Emily & Shane 💚 The bride and her mom creatively planned the color and vibe that their tribe brought to life…throughout our venue… the ceremony and barn reception space. The soft blue theme showed up as the accent color as well as the bridesmaid dresses.

Don’t even get me started on Emily’s dress - GORGEOUS 🥰

It was another fantastic day celebrating love!!

It’s Wedding Week for Ashlee & Cody who will be married on Saturday at Old Stonegate Farms 💚

How did these two meet? 😊 The soon to be Mrs. Munro told me, “Cody & his father were long time customers at my workplace. Throughout the years we’ve shared great conversations as they both passed through to buy what they needed. One day, Cody came in alone and what would usually be small talk, sparked a long conversation and a realization of common interests. That night, we talked for hours. A few years later we have purchase a beautiful home and will be Mr. & Mrs. starting August 23rd of 2025” 🤍

It’s Wedding Week for Emily & Shane 💚 I asked Emily how they met 😊 She told me the they were set up through 2 mutual friends! Emily continued, “he picked me up for our first date and we started in Holland. We found out our favorite pizza place (not a very known one) was the same so we disregarded other plans and ended up eating there. Ever since that first date we never stopped seeing each other and our relationship continued to grow!”

Saturday, August 16th was another beautiful day ☀️ Week after week, we have the pleasure to host wonderful families celebrating love, and this weekend kept the streak alive 😘
Family and friends helped create beautiful reception tables, wrangled the ring bearer, built delicious charcuterie boards… a wonderfully successful collab 💚

I have been writing and rewriting my thoughts about this past Saturday’s beautiful wedding celebration for Avery and Jeremy. From our first conversation until my last hug from Avery‘s mom, as she was scurrying off into the evening darkness, we had wonderful synergy. Avery had very specific / unique ideas for their ceremony and reception layout. As I’m nodding “sure we can do that,” my mind is processing the “how are we going to do that!??”

How? Math-ing and measuring. Moving chairs and tables and re-measuring and ultimately being open to making the couple’s vision come alive. That was all Doug, with Dannielle’s help; our “small but mighty” team that did not ask why but instead, why not!

So here we are, four days later and I’m still thinking of the coordination and camaraderie of the morning crew who so thoughtfully, and carefully followed the detailed tablescape layout. This is where I keep getting stuck because I can’t explain how exquisite and lovely the tables looked… the care that was taken to place each wildflower in the perfect cut glass vase. The crew who was in charge of the dinner service adorned in personalized aprons, complete with name tags made the previous night by the bride’s amazingly talented mother. The groom’s parents were equally awesome with their contributions, including some of the decadent desserts and Jeremy’s dad who sang the most beautiful song during the ceremony. I had the pleasure to hear as he was warming up. 🥹

Oh, and Avery‘s dress… obsessed!

Congratulations to Avery and Jeremy and their family and friends and everyone who helped make this wedding celebration a success !
