Are you looking for a one of a kind venue to host your wedding or other dream event? Dating back to 1867, Old Stonegate Farms features a barn with chandeliers hanging from hand hued beams and indoor bathrooms. The original brick farmhouse has been restored to include a salon, bridal suite, groomsmen room, etc. Beautiful landscaping throughout the grounds along with pond, patio, fire pit, etc. As a family owned business, we have the passion and dedication to give you a dream event that you deserve.

On Saturday at Old Stonegate Farms Peyton and Andrea will be celebrating their “…special day with some of the most important people in our lives!”

I asked how they met. Peyton sent me this text:

“We met during our years in college and found ourselves to be the love of our lives! After almost 4 years, we are so excited to get married and spend the rest of our lives together and share our love for one another. We cannot wait to be at a venue that is so close to our home! We are so excited!”

Like Becks in May and Jeremiah & Abby in June, I’ve connected with this delightful couple over our mutual love of dogs 💚 Andrea is in grad school and is student teaching and has earned a day to slow down and marry her love!

How’d they get here? Nick spilled the tea…

“We met over Tinder and were in a similar boat when it came to our first date: we both thought it'd be a 30 minute coffee date and we would never talk again. We ended up spending 8 hours together the first time we met up and have been together since.

We started out dating long distance and have been through different life changes such as new living locations, schedule changes and job changes but have stuck together with ease. We love going on road trips together to explore new places, enjoying outside, fishing together and going on impromptu ice cream dates.

We have a cat together named Fishstick and are excited for our next chapter together as well as the adventures that'll come with our time together!”

Tomorrow, we have the pleasure to host Nicole & Owen’s wedding celebration at Old Stonegate Farms💚

They “met at U of M on Bumble.” Nicole says, “I was impressed by his knowledge of theatre. We were each other’s first and last Bumble date, and we’ve been together for almost 5 years now! We are so excited to get to celebrate with our friends and family!”

In twelve-ish hours, the fun starts!!

We’ve been watching the weather forecast all week. We’ve said some prayers. Then I remembered what an amazing wedding celebration we had a few weeks ago, on a rainy September Saturday, and decided we weren’t going to worry about what we couldn’t control until this morning, the day of Olivia and Tyler’s wedding here at Old Stonegate Farms
