About Us

Novi Residents, Matt and Melissa Osborne have taken on the challenge of restoring the old 5th Avenue Ballroom. So many people loved 5th Avenue and have so many great memories here. They wanted to bring that back with a more current atmosphere.

The revamped 5th of Novi offers drinks for everyone ranging from craft beers, domestic beers, craft cocktails, wine and so much more. Matt and Melissa knew that people want more than just a bar. People want something to do. So they have a whole gaming area with classic games such as corn hole, Connect 4, giant Jenga, Golden Tee, and more. The 5th will have occasional live music and other events.

The second floor is mostly dedicated to special events. It is a great space for weddings, corporate events, graduation parties, showers, and so much more.
