Had an imperfect night. Missed 4 kids on intro. (Done at that point) A bad review, while painful to the ego, is an opportunity. Grow, and keep pushing. 35 years in the game, and we know the game. Once one thing is missed… all things are missed in the eyes of the client. The client is not always right, but always the client. 35+ years, 1 bad review. 🤷🏿‍♂️ Lets not make it 2!
