We've worked with the best in the Valley and can suggest several companies that have enjoyed working here at Centennial House. Be sure to run your ideas past us before signing a contract so they and we are sure that they meet our requirements for insurance and certification and can be comfortable preparing the best meal possible from our kitchen. Experienced event planners Joan and Steve Stoia invite you to consider holding your wedding, family reunion or other life celebration at their rambling 1811 B&B in Northfield MA. Northfield is one of the best preserved Federal era villages in New England, whose historic Main Street, stately homes framed by rolling hills and farm fields form the perfect backdrop for your event. Centennial House Bed and Breakfast offers a gazebo, wedding arbor and two and a half acres of rolling lawn for 100-150 guestps for your outdoor event and several indoor rooms for intimate fall and winter celebrati ons for up to 30 participants. And, on a year round basis, you can round out the destination experience with lovely accommodations for 12 of your special overnight guests. Our local florists and caterers can offer a range of services and price points from rehearsal dinners to complete receptions. In warmer weather, event-related activities can include golf at Crumpin Fox Golf Club or Northfield Golf Club, hiking on the New England Scenic Trail or Northfield Mountain Recreation and Environmental Center (NMREC), kayaking at Barton Cove in Gill, or a chartered, narrated boat ride on the Connecticut River at the Riverfront dock of the NMREC.
