When choosing your event venue, don’t forget to look up.
Ceiling height matters more than you think. A high ceiling gives your décor room to breathe — it allows for dramatic installations, hanging florals, statement lighting, and layered dimension that guests will actually notice.
Tall space = stronger visual impact.
Low ceiling = everything stays flat.
But here’s the critical part:
If you’re not planning to add vertical elements (draping, suspended florals, chandeliers, disco balls, wisteria, etc.), a high ceiling can actually feel empty and cold.
