This package reserves your event to the Wagon Shed and is for parties of up to 40 guests! Enjoy the privacy and peace of our exclusive venue for your next special occasion surrounded by great views of the barn, corn field and stream.

It’s SANTA MINI time at Barn Swallow Farm! 🎅🏼📸

We have been SO excited to introduce this year’s amazing photographer, Seiya from .photography and to share our vision for a “cozy, front porch Christmas” at the farm! 🕯️

Seiya made her first appearance at Barn Swallow this summer where she created & hosted our first ever “wedding content day” and captured our venue & all its love soooo beautifully. We shared our vision of a “cozy, front porch Christmas” with her and she immediately felt SO inspired to join us this season. Seiya plans to capture the heart of the holidays with a timeless, storytelling touch.. blending cozy vintage tones with nostalgic warmth & authentic emotion. Picture little hands clutching cocoa mugs, excited giggles with Santa and reading Christmas classics on the front porch swing. She is beyond excited to freeze the magic of the season in the most heartfelt way! 🫶🏼

We decided on our vision for 2025 at the end of Santa Mini’s last year, and have literally been dying waiting all year to bring it to life for you. Photos are only for inspo.. there will be so much more to see and look forward too!

Bookings will work as follows:

SAT, NOVEMBER 8th!

15 minute sessions
$200
$80 booking fee secures your slot.
(All deposits are non-refundable!)
Venmo -Nappa (owner ).

$120 remainder to be paid in full at time of your photoshoot. Cash preferred or Venmo to -Nappa (owner @ BSF). We can not accept checks or credit cards at any time.

•One booking per household.
•Model release will be provided to sign.
•Package will include 10-15 digital files.
•Complimentary cookies & hot cocoa available
after your time slot!
•Pups on the “Nice List” are welcome & must be on a leash at all times!
•Santa is optional!

A PSA for our 2025 late summer/fall couples! 👡🤍

Please mention to your BRIDAL PARTY and wedding guests that our ceremony site is on the lawn, the floor of the wagon shed is stone, our pathways are rock & cobble stone and the barn floors are original with natural gaps and grooves!

Heading into our busy fall season with the heaviest amount of foot traffic & we want all your wedding guests to navigate your special day with comfort & ease. The only “wobble” we want to see is on the dance floor!

Aubrey’s shoes were a beautiful example of a farm appropriate heel, while still stunning! She pitter-pattered effortlessly all over the farm and her & Dominic covered the dance floor with grace!👌

Tag your people so they can choose the right shoe for the day or throw that second set in the car! Can’t wait to see you all! 💃

Introducing Mr. & Mrs. Quinn 💛✨

Brittny & Brandon kicked off our 10th season at the farm, being our first newlyweds of the year, and my goodness… did they set the bar. Their love and laughter could be felt throughout the farm & their happy energy bringing sunshine to what was forecasted to be a rainy day. Beauty was not just in your wedding details… it was in your hearts & souls and everyone felt that. We feel beyond blessed to have been apart of such a sweet love story for two outstanding people. Thank you for choosing us to share such an outpouring of love. We wish you many, many lifetimes of love & joy!
