Roll With It- Catering Jenny has always had a passion for everything food. Her goal is to create tailored culinary experiences, prepared with love!

Jenny has been known to "wear many hats" in both her personal and professional life.... which is why "Roll With It" is the perfect fit for her catering business! Her first foray started with an interest in baking, which led to taking the Wilton Cake decorating classes along side her mom. Armed with experience and passion, Jenny began by baking creative treats for friends and family during holiday

s and birthday parties. This eventually led to a side gig focused on custom cakes and cake decoration, which she continues to this day. While she enjoys the sweet side, she ultimately discovered her passion through cooking for friends and family. With an emphasis on fresh, healthy, and international influences, Jenny creates dishes that have layers of flavor and are aesthetically pleasing. Her love of gardening over the past decade has given her deeper perspective on unique ingredients, which allows for colorful, nutrient dense dishes. She always does what she can to accommodate food allergies and restrictions, for she considers cooking her love language and believes everyone should to be able to enjoy delicious, home-cooked meals.

I had a great time providing meals for a lovely family that came to town from TX for their son’s graduation from Lehigh University. They arrived Friday and went straight to the baccalaureate, so I was able to deliver a Mediterranean dip platter and grilled chicken kebabs for them when they officially arrived at their beautiful air bnb on the Musconetcong River.

Then Saturday night, they had the chef’s experience where I made their 3 course dinner while they enjoyed one more night of quality family time. We started with pajeon (Korean scallion pancakes) for the appetizer, then for the main course I grilled up a batch of Bulgogi (Korean marinated beef) and served it over rice noodles with all the toppings- pickled radishes, spicy Asian cucumbers, pickled cabbage, fresh mint, cilantro, and basil, chopped peanuts, and homemade chili oil for an extra kick!

Dessert even came with a little Asian inspiration… I made personal sized pavlovas topped with yuzu lemon curd, fresh whipped cream and berries, and a beautiful nasturtium flower!

Last night Emily brought her book club friends (of over 5 years!🫶) to Blend for a fun cooking class learning how to make specialty eggrolls and steamed dumplings! This group of friends like to get together every few months for fun events, supporting local businesses and communities. I love it!

For the eggrolls we did the fan favorites- spinach artichoke and the Elvis dessert roll (peanut butter, banana, and bacon, rolled in cinnamon sugar!). For the dumplings, we did traditional pork and cabbage dumplings with a homemade dipping sauce. 🤤🥢

Last night's spring dinner party was pure magic! concocted a show-stopping gin cocktail featuring elder liqueur, limoncello, cucumber, blackberry, mint, and citrus 🍹. The menu was a love letter to spring, starting with radishes with butter and wild mushroom salt, followed by a vibrant salad with snap peas, arugula, burrata, mint, and basil. The dressing was olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard,mint, and fresh basil- SO good! The main course was perfectly cooked panko and dill crusted salmon with roasted asparagus and hollandaise, alongside creamy pasta with lemon Parmesan sauce and oven roasted artichoke hearts 🤤. Dessert was the perfect ending - orange upside-down cake with earl grey infused whipped cream. 🍊 🍰 Thanks to everyone who came out to this community dinner at Blend! Congratulations to Shianne and Russel on such a beautiful wedding! 💒 ❤️👰‍♀️🤵‍♂️

What a fun menu to make- German meat and cheese board with a variety of imported cured meats, cheeses, and of course all the pickles, pretzels, and mustard your heart desires 🥒🥨 For the buffet we prepared: German pork roast with gravy, Hungarian chicken Paprikash, Spaetzle, and roasted asparagus with hollandaise. For dessert, we provided a crepe dessert bar with fresh fruit, whipped cream, and of course, Nutella and peanut butter!

A huge shout out to my amazing team for making this event go seamlessly! 🫶 Stony Run Winery is a great location for your special events- good wine, beautiful views, and incredible staff and management!

Last night’s Korean inspired dinner was so much fun! I prepared Pajeon (scallion pancakes), bulgogi rice noodle bowls with allll the pickled veggies and fresh herbs, and ggultteok (Korean honey rice balls) for dessert! This is hands down one of my favorite meals to make-and eat!

Hi! Allow me to re-introduce myself! I am Jenny, chef/owner of Roll With It Catering! I’ve had my business for about a year and a half now, and I’m absolutely loving what I do! I’m a custom caterer, bringing you tailored, culinary experiences! From private in-home dinners, special celebrations and weddings, to corporate events and custom cakes- I do it all! I love cooking fresh, local, and outside the box, so no request is too crazy for me. We had another successful family Christmas party at the Stellar residence this year! Charcuterie, tuna tartare, 3 flavors of eggrolls, pork dumplings, bacon wrapped scallops, pierogis, cheeseburger sliders, herb and cream cheese stuffed mushrooms, steak bites on Parmesan crisp, meatballs, shrimp scampi…… needless to say, no one went home hungry! 🤤

I’m so very grateful for all the support and for my repeat clients!

Last nights 4-course French themed dinner was a hit! Steak tartare to start, then the classic coq au vin (red wine braised chicken stew) over creamy mashed potatoes for the main course. Then, per French tradition, followed a cheese course with a truffle cheddar, triple crème Brie, smoked Gouda, Stilton blue cheese, and cranberry cheddar- accompanied by thyme infused honey, red currant jam, and pickled buquino peppers. For dessert, we finished off with a classic custard dessert with pears- pear clafoutis. This is perfect cold weather comfort food-c’est tres bon!

It’s officially the holiday season! 🦃 🎄 🕯️🕎 I love the holidays because it’s a time to slow down, reflect on the past year, and focus on gratitude ❤️🫶 I have officially been in business for a little over a year now, and I am so grateful for all the support and kindness through this journey while I continue to grow and learn!
