I fell in love with this fun-loving and casual couple from the start! They had been together for many years while both in school to become pediatric doctors. 🩺

They dedicated their lives to their careers and I wanted to make sure they ENJOYED their wedding day! They totally deserved it ❤️

Spo sent me the vision of how she wanted to decorate the venue including the shelves….

The shelves were a BIG deal to me b/c they would serve as the backdrop for the ceremony and reception.

She gave me a big box of floral garland, gorgeous green fabric and complete creative control…… I went to WORK! 🏋️‍♀️ (I LOVE when a couple trusts me to put their decor 🥰)

Their day had a few hiccups featuring afternoon rain showers but, the venue handled it FLAWLESSLY!! I had a great experience working with the venue team and hope work with them again soon!! They went above and beyond for the couple and I LOVE to see that 🫶

After the wedding traditions- it was time to PAARRTTTTAAYYYYYY!! Their DJ had EVERYONE on the dance floor! 🔥🤌

Def the kind of clean up music I appreciate!!

The entire wedding was so beautiful and exactly what the couple wanted❤️. I couldn’t have been more proud to be a part of it!!

❤️ My Favorite Memory ❤️

I met my beautiful bride at the Kalahari Wedding Expo and we just clicked!

And after she told me she was getting married at Blue Mountain Resort, I was even more excited to be a part of her wedding day!!

(Fun fact: It was my wedding venue ❤️)

Knowing the venue was handling the decor for ceremony & reception was a DREAM! I was able to focus on my couples needs and I LOVED IT!

I stayed in the bridal suite to ensure she and all the bridesmaids dresses were steamed and any last minute details were communicated with the venue.

And I sprinted to the bridal suite for the wedding bands before the ceremony.

It was a beautiful day filled with love, laughter and a quick rain shower!

Best part was knowing I will be seeing the brides family again in a few months ❤️🥳

I can’t wait to party with this crew again at her sister’s wedding ❤️

I met Emily (soon-to- be bride at the time) while she was photographing a wedding that I was coordinating. Shout out to for this connection. It was truly meant to be ❤️🫶❤️

I was BEYOND THRILLED that she asked me to be her Day-of Coordinator. 🥰

I fell in love with the couples vision and vibe!

They really wanted a chill, joyful, and beautiful…….PARTAYYYYY!! 🎉🥳🤩

SAY LESS!!

This incredible backyard reception hosted at an was divine!

One of my favorite reasons for doing this is, when guests leave, the couple gets to stay and enjoy the beautiful house they rented with friends and family 🤌 (and don’t have to worry about cleaning up till the next day or two!)

More importantly…..keep the party GOING! 🎉

Everything about this couples vision was perfection! It was a true reflection of who they are and I was so honored to be apart of it!!

The food was DELICIOUS!

🎉FUN & FOOD TRUCKS 🚚

This fun & fabulous couple wanted to have a cocktail style wedding and IT WAS AMAZING!

Two words….. BEER BOYS!! I knew it was going to be a party when the groomsmen double as beer boys! It was great to watch behind the scenes and I know the pictures came out 🤌

Mother Nature held off till later in the evening (THANK GOODNESS) so the couple was able to have their dream outdoor ceremony w/ the grooms father as their officiant ❤️ (I truly love when a family member or friend marries the couple)

Two food trucks served up a delicious variety of food for the guests and were served ice cream for dessert 🍦Absolutely perfect way to end a late June wedding day! ☀️

played their favorite jams and kept the party going all night!

I will say working with WAS INCREDIBLE!! After construction behind their property left a not so pleasant view of a dirt pile. They truly went above and beyond for the couple to make their day amazing!! It is exactly what I LOVE to see from a venue and the staff.

I met this amazing couple at their engagement party, while assisting their photographer . I was blown away by their compatible personalities and love for each other! When two fabulous people find each other……IT IS THE BEST ❤️

Months later, I was hired as their wedding bridal assistant and and her amazing team handled the planning. She SLAYED every detail and moment!! I was so thankful to feel part of her team that day.

I knew this wedding was going to be off the charts incredible and a moment I will never forget.
AND IT WAS ❤️
✔️Crepe station
✔️ Choreographed dances
✔️ Incredible vows
✔️ The most fabulous grandma EVER!
✔️ Their animals were included everywhere 🫶
Just to name a few!!

I was responsible for picking up rehearsal dinner food, breakfast pickup up in the morning, ensuring all the bridesmaids dresses were steamed and photo ready and soooo much more!

One of the most memorable moments was the photos that were taken earlier in the day appeared on the TVs all around the venue. ✨ THAT WAS MAGIC!! ✨
Not to mention working with one of my favorite videographers - and, of course, THE WEDDING VIDEO WAS 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

The day was absolute PERFECTION and the vendor lineup was top notch! I was truly honored to have been a part of a magical day and one I will never forget!!

There were so many beautiful touches to this couples wedding and I was so thankful to be a part of it!

The tables were beautifully decorated by the .pa I was honestly fan girling HARD b/c I absolutely love their work and what they create for their couples. I LOVE what they created for the guests to enjoy and swoon over while eating dinner.

Not to mention, they had THE BEST favors for their guests — Scratch off lottery tickets! HOW FUN!

At the ceremony, it was a beautiful moment to watch both her father and step-father to walk her down the aisle. 🥰 That moment def brought on the tears for me!

After dinner, it was all about the ice cream, dancing and the adorable Photobooth! A perfect way to end a warm & sunny day wedding day!

I absolutely admire this incredible couple and their beautiful connection with God. And I loved it showed up everywhere on their wedding day!

Prayers over the couple before the ceremony and I will never forget the memorable tears the groom shed after seeing his wife at the end of the aisle ❤️🥹
It was soooooo adorable and I needed a tissue or two during the ceremony as well!!

The day was absolutely beautiful!

Packing up the couples car and realized that not everything was going to fit. 🤔 Everything had to be off venue premises and I wanted to make sure that happened for the couple.

After a quick chat with Ziera & Steve, I packed it in my car and followed the couple to their house.

Problem Solved!

I love that they wanted to have her floral bouquet preserved 💐. The couple took advantage of my discount and I took her beautiful bouquet to be pressed the next day!

I am so excited to see how it turns out!

I knew she was meant to be my bride when she asked if I could grab her on the way to her venue!

ABSOFREAKINGLUTELY!

I arrived, w/ coffee in hand, ready for the BIG DAY!!
With on the way I made sure all the bridesmaid dresses were steamed, flat lay items are together and ready to be photographed!

We headed to the St. Thomas More Church for the couples ceremony. This church is STUNNING and made for the best pictures!

Had an absolute blast jammin out with the bridal party on the bus!

Headed back to the venue to eat, drink and dance the night away!

Thanks to for saving the day and the dance floor!! You were a true lifesaver!

Such an AMAZING DAY! So thankful to have been a part of it ❤️🫶❤️

My bride Caitlin was so incredibly organized and had a binder full of notes to review when we met.

I LOVED THAT!!

She expressed her concerns and I completely understood the assignment.

I was in charge of the ceremony decor on wedding day and her best friend/ bridesmaid handled the decor for the reception on rehearsal day and did an AMAZING job!

The venue had everything covered! They were super attentive and it was great to see the support the venue offered the couple!

The couple also had some incredible friends and family that supported them as well! That is always one of my favorite things to see ❤️🫶❤️

I absolutely fell in LOVE with their venue ! It has everything the couple wanted and MORE!

Not to mention the INCREDIBLE Venue Coordinators that made working there SUPER FUN!!

Larysa was a Bride knew EXACTLY what she wanted ❤️🫶❤️. And even created her exact vision in Canva so we all understood the assignment. 🤌

I LIVE FOR IT!!

The wedding was BEAUTIFUL! Incredible weather and I even knew some of their guests!! 🤗🫶❤️

I love awkwardly walking up to my couples and asking….. “Sooo how do you know so & so ??” 🤔🤣

In the blink of an eye, wedding day was over 😩

Everyone headed to their camper or cabins to change then, late night Pizza! It was the perfect after party snack and for stuffing my face on the drive home 🍕

I loved this laid back couple! They just wanted to have a good time and enjoy themselves on their wedding day!

MY KINDA PEOPLE!!

First off….. THEIR VOWS 😭🥺😭.

I stood next to the DJ while listening to their vows with so many tears in my eyes!! They were so loving, supportive and honest with each other ❤️🫶❤️. It made my heart melt and even more proud to be a part of the moment.

The night went off without any issues and they are living happily ever after ❤️🫶❤️

BUT…….NOT EVERYTHING was ☀️and 🌈 BEFORE wedding day….

There was some unfortunate drama but, sometimes you find out who your TRUE friends are when it’s YOUR wedding day!

AND their Venue Coodinator they had been working with the ENTIRE time of the planning process LEFT their position. The couple would be given someone else in their place. (Not the first time I have seen this happen)

This made my easy going couple sooo nervous and I didn’t know what to expect…

I WAS THANKFULLY SURPRISED!! The new coordinator and his staff went above and beyond for the couple!! We worked so incredibly well together and I was honestly so glad they had Dominic as their venue coodinator!! He was THE BEST!!

This was the PERFECT example of THINGS HAPPEN FOR A REASON!! 🫶

This couple truly deserved it!! And it was an honor to be a part of their big day!!
