Wednesday: Cheese or Chicken Quesadillas w/ Salsa, Sour Cream
Thursday: Brisket w/ Mac n Cheese
Friday: Fish & Chips w/ Tartar Sauce
Saturday: Pasta w/ Sausage, Broccoli Rabe, and Sun Dried Tomatoes

We had another great week at and it was our first week cooking onsite! I need to ask someone to take a picture of Joe and I in action, but here’s a pic of our tent with the griddle we used to make quesadillas to order. I think the smells of the fresh grilled veggies helped! Stay tuned for next Wednesday’s menu!
