Our "Leftover Thanksgiving Pie" went over really well last year!

We've begun hearing from people; who want to help, who could use help, and some who are out of our serving area. We regrettably will not be able to serve outside of North Vernon and it's surrounding area inside Jennings County. Maybe in the future we can partner with other vendors to do this in multiple communities. We will be listing ways to either help and or sign up for the meals soon! Please keep an eye out, we won't be taking anyone's information right now as we are still in the early developments of planning.

In the meantime this is a look at the grocery list!

270 lbs of raw turkey.
150 lbs of potatoes
30 lbs of corn
45 lbs of green beans
50 pumpkin pies
27 dozen eggs
26 dozen rolls
50 boxes of stuffing
630 ounces of Cream of Mushroom
5 gallons of Milk
10 lbs of salt
15 lbs of butter5 lbs of black pepper
4 lbs sugar
4 lbs brown sugar
4 bags Fried Onions
3 jars Better than Bouillon
2 lbs flour
300 fruit cups
3 packs rosemary

We just want to remind everyone whether it's 300 meals or helping your struggling neighbor out, we are heading into the time of year where the simplest acts of kindness can mean more than you could possibly imagine.

We want to challenge everyone of you to find a way to give back, whether you can make a financial, physical, or emotional impact on another person choose to put a little good back into the world over the next few months! Our Nation needs it!

North Vernon!!!!

We are happy to announce we will be delivering free Thanksgiving meals again this year. While our household has faced a lot of challenges this year, we couldn't possibly imagine the challenge some of you face to even have a meal on Thanksgiving.

So this year we are doubling down on what was accomplished last year.. We will be providing approximately 300 meals to local families in North Vernon.

We will be taking names and addresses soon! In the meantime share this with anyone you might know who will need the help this year. We are just under 13 weeks away!

Rock the Rind is coming up soon! This will be our first year there! We can't wait to bring the Heat with our REAL Wood Fired Pizza Ovens! We burn Cherry and Apple woods to create not only an amazing aroma but an absolutely delicious pizza! If you haven't tried us yet, give us a shot Thursday, you'll want more the rest of the weekend 😉!

We have some special news to announce! On July 9th after 7.5 years we finally tied the knot! We are officially Mr. And Mrs. Ashpaugh. A.B.A.T.E. of Indiana is hosting the annual boogie this upcoming week, which will be our first event since we said I do! We can't wait to celebrate with you all!
