WILLOW LAKE IS HIRING FOR WEEKEND EVENT STAFF (MUST HAVE SAFE SERVE CERTIFICATION AND BARTENDING LICENSE!!!

The position we are currently hiring for would be a weekend venue coordinator (NOT a day of coordinator for brides).

Event staff hours are typically Saturday 7am-4pm or 2pm-1130. We occasionally need staff on Sundays as well. These shift times may vary based on event times.

The event staff job description is an hourly position that includes:
-Checking in with couples/families and revieiwing policies and rules
-Traffic control
-Trash Removal with use of golf cart (must be able to lift approx 50 lbs)
-Picking up trash around the grounds and pulling weeds
-Operating the outside sound system, inside sound system and projectors
-Lighting firepits/fireplaces/lanterns
-Mopping up dance floor
-Turn on fountains
-Tear down of tables/chairs
-Making sure the venue is locked/unlocked as needed
-Stocking paper and soap products in bathroom and kitchen
-Making sure the venue stays in clean and working order throughout the night and reporting any issues to management as needed
-Assisting bar staff as needed
-Etc...
