Gourmet Galley Catering is proud to be part of the International Tennis Hall of Fame Weekend celebrating this year’s inductee, Roger Federer.

For the second year in a row, we had the pleasure of catering the fabulous Courting Fashion event at Newport’s iconic Marble House.

From paella prepared before guests’ eyes to an array of sushi, carved meats, fresh seafood, passed bites & more, it was a delicious kickoff to a weekend celebrating a momentous achievement with great company and even better food. 🎾✨

Chef Nikole and the Gourmet Galley team created three delicious dishes using fresh ingredients from local market vendors and everyone got to enjoy a sample! The only outside ingredients we brought? Butter and salt.
