You see something—and instantly your mind starts working:

Do I want to eat it?
Does it look good? Smell good? Do I even want to try it?

Presentation is everything. And this weekend, I brought the presentation all the way through! 🙌✨

Two back-to-back 70th birthday parties, and it was the setup, the flavor, the vibe—for me! 💃🏽🔥

Catering is life.
Catering is food.
Catering is FUN.
And I love every second of it. 💕🍽️

It was a berry beautiful bridal shower! 🍓💍
All things berries for this sweet celebration — and of course, you know I had to come through with the food!

We served salmon three ways:
🧈 Classic with my signature herb butter
🫐 Jalapeño blueberry glazed salmon
🍒 Cranberry, spinach & cream cheese–stuffed salmon

And let’s talk about that charcuterie board… it was EVERYTHING:
🧀 Cranberry goat cheese
🧀 Cranberry white cheddar
🧀 Brie topped with blueberry jam
🍯 Brie with blueberry, raspberry & honey

We also served bruschetta two ways:
🍅 Classic tomato bruschetta
🍓 Strawberry bruschetta on smoked baguette

A delicious theme and such a fun menu to match. Thank you for letting me be part of such a special day! 💕

It was the earrings for me ✨
When I put these on and saw myself in the mirror—I cried.

Not from sadness, but from pure joy.
Because I felt everything I’ve worked so hard for…
Every late night, every risk, every step it took to get here.

I’m so grateful for where I am in life and for every single person who’s supported my business since I took that leap.

Thank you for believing in me.
We’re just getting started. 💫

Happy 1 year of believing in you, Vickey! 12/2/24

Leaving corporate wasn’t easy, but the leap needed to be taken! I let go and let God, and this year has truly shown what that can do. I just want to thank all of you for supporting me, booking me, and ordering from me. Get U A Vickey would not be unless my food family trusted me! I appreciate every individual that I worked with within this past year! You don’t know what it meant to me! Thank you!
