Five long days for Excalibur Promotions working for Barstool Sports. Was honored to bring experential sponsor activations for national brands and event production . Excalibur Promotions team of14 from NH, RI and MA setup, activated to over 2,500 athletes and fans daily and broke down. We left Harpoon brewery cleaner than before, as it should be. Thank you Barstool Sports, NoBull, Reese's, Pink Whitney and Whoop for allowing us to partner with you.

Client calls and adds another item to an already rushed less than three week sponsorship activation. Napkin drawing gets shared via cellphone text and Excalibur Promotions gers go ahead. We add a footwear display on top of three sponsor booths already in progress.
Here is where we are in day 4. Still needing brand 12 inch header added, reinforced to straighten top , full stone like laminate to be installed. Oh and deliver by next week.

Incredible Launch Event for Massport "Voice of Logan " contest. Excalibur Promotions fabrication, setup , activation with crew of 36 made this happen. Excalibur setup, broke down, moved and set up again overnight to bring this activation to two different airport terminals within 24 hours. Happy to discuss your next brand experential project.

First there were 14 New England Patriots activations, then a Tourism client promotion followed by a major Boston client experential build and contest activation . In the meantime, Excalibur Promotions fabrication is happening for a national candy brand, liquor brand and footwear brand. All for October sports sponsorship activations.
