We were blessed to provide speciality cuppies for the Care Net Gala! Chocolate lovers cake, with whipped chocolate cream cheese frosting, drizzled with chocolate ganache and adorned with gold leaf.
Mexican Vanilla sponge with complimenting buttercream, a heavy drizzle of house made caramel, sprinkled with flake sea salt and dusted with gold shimmer. It was a gorgeous night!

Last week our Nonprofit side (Rise Ministries Hospitality Kitchen) helped host a donor appreciation luncheon where our special guests decorated their own cupcakes. At our station we were able to share the many ways we have been working with youth in the area, teaching Biblical Hospitality along with basic kitchen & baking skills. Be on the lookout for youth cooking camps this summer!

Life has happened and I will only be able to take a few more orders for Thanksgiving pie. Pick up will be at the City Life Community Center kitchen 1515 Fairview Missoula, lower level, Wednesday November 22nd from 11:30am-5:30pm by appointment.

The following pies are available for preorder by noon on Monday November 20:

Chocolate Dream
Buttery crust, creamy chocolate filling adorned with real whipped cream and chocolate shavings

Not Your Mama’s Pumpkin Pie
Cookie like crust and a pumpkin that doesn’t even compare to your Mama’s, dusted with powdered sugar

Cookies & Cream (gf option available)
Cookie crust with a layer of ganache, filled with a creamy cookie filling and topped with more cookie and a ganache drizzle

Toffee Crunch
Graham crust with a layer of butterscotch ganache, filled with crunchy toffee bits surrounded by silky cream, topped with more toffee and ganache drizzle

Old fashioned Coconut cream
She speaks for herself, buttery crust, creamy coconut filling topped with whipped cream and toasted coconut

Peanut Butter Dream
Chocolate cookie crust, with a thick layer of peanut butter cream filling drizzle with ganache. Not for the faint of heart
