You won’t always find pretty girls in pretty places.
Sometimes they're navigating rough terrain.
Stepping over broken glass while trying not to fall apart themselves.
Carrying pressure heavy enough to crush them like cars.
Where exhaustion piles up like rusted metal stacked to the sky.
Feeling like life keeps placing more and more weight on top of them while they’re already running on empty.
Prep changes you.
You become a little rougher around the edges.....but simultaneously, a whole lot stronger.
Strength isn’t built in perfect conditions.
Sometimes it's built when things feel messy.
When life gets hard.
When you’re spent - but keep showing up anyway.
Champions are built in the grit.
In the pressure.
In the chaos.
In the moments where most people would quit.
Not when everything is polished and perfect 💪
