IT'S RACE DAY!!! 🌙🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🚀

Tonight, 812 runners and walkers will gather at CoolToday Park for the biggest Under the Moon 5K yet!

First and foremost, THANK YOU. Because of you, this event is officially SOLD OUT with 812 participants. We are blown away by your support and cannot wait to spend the evening with all of you.

Here are a few important reminders before you head out tonight:

📦 PACKET PICKUP
If you haven't picked up your packet yet, race-day packet pickup will be available:
📍 CoolToday Park
⏰ 6:30 PM – 7:45 PM

Please arrive early enough to pick up your packet, visit vendors, use the restrooms, and make your way to the starting line.

🏁 RACE START
The Under the Moon 5K begins at:
⏰ 8:00 PM SHARP

We'll begin gathering runners near the start line around 7:50 PM for announcements and the National Anthem.

☀️ IT'S HOT! HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE!
This is Southwest Florida in June, and temperatures are no joke.

💧 Start hydrating NOW.
💧 Bring water with you to the event.
💧 Take advantage of the water stop on the course.

Good news: runners will pass the water stop TWICE during the race!

Your goal tonight is to have fun, finish strong, and celebrate safely.

💚 21+ PARTICIPANTS – DON'T FORGET YOUR GREEN WRISTBAND!
We have a special surprise waiting for participants age 21 and older...

BUT...

You must be wearing your GREEN WRISTBAND to participate.

No wristband = No surprise.

Be sure to get your wristband during packet pickup if you are 21+.

Inside your packet you'll find:

A few reminders:

👯 Yes! You can pick up packets for your friends and family.
No need for everyone to make the trip.

🚗 Please remember that Mazda of Port Charlotte is a working dealership.
Packet pickup begins at 4:00 PM.

If you arrive excessively early, the sales team may assume you're shopping for a new Mazda, which maybe you are.

📦 TODAY'S PACKET PICKUP
📍 Gulf Breeze Apparel

⏰ 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Inside your packet you'll find:
✅ Race Bib
✅ Official Race Shirt (if you registered for one)
✅ Green wrist band for those 21+ (this MUST be worn to partake in Adult Bevies)

A few quick reminders:

👯 Yes! You can pick up packets for your friends and family.
No need for everyone to come separately. If you're making the trip, grab your crew's packets too!

⏰ Please don't arrive super early.
Packet pickup begins at 4:00 PM sharp.

And because Gulf Breeze Apparel is an actual working print shop...

👕 Anyone who shows up excessively early may be handed a squeegee and assigned to print race shirts.
