Being this is Memorial Day weekend, I want to say thank you to all the men and women who have served to give us the freedoms we all have today. None of us would be able to do what we want to do in our lives if it wasn’t for their sacrifices. I also feel this is a good time to say that I’m going to do something new to the business after events, customers will now have the choice to either keep the leftover food for themselves or will be able to send it back with us and we will get it packaged up and make as many meals as we can with the leftovers and donate it to help a struggling veteran in the area. If you know a vet who can use the help, message me. If you’re a vet yourself who can use the help, message me. No pictures of the drop offs will be posted and no names will be posted, unless asked upon by the recipient(I will not ask for it myself). This isn’t for the glory of helping, it’s just simply the least I can do for those who have given so much for all of us.

Events are slowly getting more common for us so hopefully this can happen more and more. For the time being, you message me a name and a phone number and you will be added to a list, we will work down the list.

A huge thank you to Visit North Platte for giving our small operation the opportunity to cater the Excellence in Tourism Awards. It was a pleasure serving the community — the guests seemed very happy with the food, and we look forward to more events and new friendships ahead.
Special thanks to my girlfriend for powering through a long day and night with me, and to the incredible friends who helped with setup, replenishing, and teardown — I couldn’t have done it without you.
We hope to cater Visit North Platte’s next event, and appreciate anyone who keeps us in mind for their own gatherings.

2025 was truly one for the books!
Everything for the business became official, and I had the opportunity to do a few events and meet so many new people—hopefully some new customers heading into 2026!
