The Mockingbird was built for celebrations, education, creativity, community, pop ups and so much more! We have had the honor to see all of those events take place downtown at our cozy and welcoming event space.
We have thoroughly enjoyed the interactions with each customer that has booked with us and the feedback has always been so positive.

Unfortunately we have made the very difficult decision to cease operations effective September 7th. It’s a decision that we have wrestled with and are disappointed that we could not continue.

We are so thankful for the community that has supported us and this unique concept that we brought to North Platte for a time! Share a photo or 2 below if you held an event or attended one at the Mockingbird! We would love to see the smiles and joy it hosted.

Why did we decide to name our space the Mockingbird? Well, mockingbirds are best known for the habit of mimicking the songs of other birds. Much like it's namesake, Mockingbird can adapt to any situation. With different arrangements, seating, tables, television and speakers or a simple large open event space can become the perfect tone for your special moments, commercial training or anything you simply want to share with a group.
