Good evening! Thanksgiving is exactly 8 weeks from today. If you don't have your plans ready for that day, we can assist you with that! Here is the updated Thanksgiving catering menu available for 2026. If you can't or don't want to make any meats or sides, we can make your day that much easier. You can get your meat smoked, grilled, fried or je**ed for Thanksgiving! Please contact 1 of the numbers on the flyer. We will be accepting turkey & turkey wing orders up to 11/21/26. Anything else can be ordered up to 11/24/26. Thank you!

Hey, if you have been to Costco, Sams Club or BJ's you have seen the Halloween & Christmas decorations in the stores. Technically I know that it is still Summer & Fall doesn't start until next week but there are 10 weeks until Thanksgiving! Don't wait until the last minute to get you dinner plans together! If it will just be you & your partner or if you will have a house full of people for the holidays, don't wait to make those dinner plans. We will have you covered with almost all of your needs! We will have a new updated menu coming real soon to satisfy your dinner plans for you & your loved ones!

Pictures from last Friday for Black History Month for our daughters school! We made sweet potato pies, fried turkey, baked mac & cheese, candied yams, smoked ribs, chopped bbq, smoked salmon fried chicked & collard greens! Thank you Somerset Intermediate School for the opportunity to cater for the event & we are excited that everyone loved the food!

The protein for dinner tonight! 1 slab of ribs & a je**ed pork butt! The ribs are gone but the je**ed chopped bbq is still here & it is delicious! It has the right amount of heat & flavor! The pictures are from beginning to end!

Good evening everyone! Thanksgiving (11/27/25) is exactly 5 weeks from this Thursday (10/30/25) & I want to let everyone know (if they didn't know already), that my beautiful wife & I cater for the holidays! Here are the menus for the 2025 Holiday Season. The only thing I ask of people, is that you need to inform us if you would like a turkey by Sunday (11/23/2025). If you don't know, it takes 2 days to defrost a turkey & I brine each turkey for 2 days before I fry or smoke each turkey. You can order anything else up to 2 days before Thanksgiving. We also do pickups on Wednesday (11/26/25), but we would need to know by Monday (11/24/25) if you want anything else besides a turkey. NO TURKEYS AFTER SUNDAY (11/23/25). HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!
