Pictures from last Friday for Black History Month for our daughters school! We made sweet potato pies, fried turkey, baked mac & cheese, candied yams, smoked ribs, chopped bbq, smoked salmon fried chicked & collard greens! Thank you Somerset Intermediate School for the opportunity to cater for the event & we are excited that everyone loved the food!

The protein for dinner tonight! 1 slab of ribs & a je**ed pork butt! The ribs are gone but the je**ed chopped bbq is still here & it is delicious! It has the right amount of heat & flavor! The pictures are from beginning to end!

Good evening everyone! Thanksgiving (11/27/25) is exactly 5 weeks from this Thursday (10/30/25) & I want to let everyone know (if they didn't know already), that my beautiful wife & I cater for the holidays! Here are the menus for the 2025 Holiday Season. The only thing I ask of people, is that you need to inform us if you would like a turkey by Sunday (11/23/2025). If you don't know, it takes 2 days to defrost a turkey & I brine each turkey for 2 days before I fry or smoke each turkey. You can order anything else up to 2 days before Thanksgiving. We also do pickups on Wednesday (11/26/25), but we would need to know by Monday (11/24/25) if you want anything else besides a turkey. NO TURKEYS AFTER SUNDAY (11/23/25). HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!

Here is the newest smoker to the family! I would like to introduce the Recteq Flagship XL 1400! There will definitely be a lot of smoking in this big tank & I will definitely have a whole gator in here soon!
