This is our newest Villa, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, ALL NEW!!! kitchen, and bathrooms are brand new. Comes with new HD flat screen TV's in each room, Full Cable and WiFi, Outside Grill, Tanning deck, Hot Tub, 6 full size pillow top beds, Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, ultra modern furniture and bathrooms, Wheel Chair accessible (ADA compliance) master bathroom and master bathroom.

This house is tenant occupied until January, hence the messy rooms. There are still a few thing that still need to be done. The TV's need to be mounted on the wall in every room, we still need to get some bed side tables, some patio furniture, an out door grill, and some landscaping in the front yard.
