A great gift given by her friend Toni to help her in her recovery from Major surgery. I was happy to work with Ann and create a menu she can enjoy with her dietary restriction low sodium/Non-Dairy.

Private cooking classes and menu planning for my client Maritza. I follow her dietary constrains. We made stocks from starch vegetarian and chicken, Lentil Soup with organic vegetables, Tortilla Espanola with saute sweet bell peppers, fennel and spinach, Grilled fresh Chicken breast, Quinoa& Raw vegetable salad drizzled with fresh lime-honey vinaigrette, Lentils with potatoes and vegetables and vegetarian three bean chili with quinoa to be garnished with fresh guacamole.
A delicious and healthy spread for her worked week. Enjoy!
