Compliance and awareness with the Health and Safety Program
Compliance and awareness with the safe and correct installation practices and techniques for a majority of all Tent systems within the company’s inventory
Ability to effectively support crew leaders and field leaders on builds by taking action in knowing what to do on job sites and supervising up to 1 other employee
Work under the direction and guidance of the crew leader and field leader to effectively complete each and every project
Load and unload projects completely and accurately to prevent missing items and return trips
Use of both hands and feet and full mobility to complete daily duties
Assist the crew leader and field leader in various levels of project construction taking direction from the crew leader and field leader to include but not be limited to:
loading and unloading of trucks
hand carrying equipment long distances from the truck location to the job site location
building of wood, plastic modular, and engineered floors of various heights
construction of tents and raising of arches by both hand, tent jack, push poles, and forklift
use of ladders up to 21’ tall and aerial work up to 50’ high
pounding of tent stakes 5’ into the ground through use of both sledge hammers and pneumatic hammers
installation of lags into concrete to ensure the safety and secureness of structures
cleaning up of job site each day
installing carpet and floor coverings
delivering a safe, quality, clean, and finished product to the customer every time
setting up, laying out, and testing of various equipment on site as to the customer’s and project manager’s direction
accurate counting and inventorying of equipment upon delivery and pickup
general regard for equipment handling so as to not damage the rental items during installation, loading/unloading, dismantling, or transport
Work within different departments of the warehouse taking direction from supervisors to include but not be limited to:
tent tops handling and processing
equipment maintenance
order preparation
loading and unloading of trucks
General use of tools and power tools to include but not be limited to:
Drills, saws, sanders, stake drivers, sledge hammers, screwdrivers, hammers, paintbrushes, air compressors, box cutters, wrenches, pliers, and various other hand tools
Attention to detail to ensure the quality of the job being performed
Mutual respect shown to other staff members at all times
Positive attitude towards work tasks, fellow employees, and supervisors/management
Reliability and Punctuality to report to work on time and to work the whole day through until dismissed by your supervisor
Ability to work on hands and knees and crouched position for extended periods of time
Professionalism and respect shown at all times to the customer, property, and members/guests/employees of the customers we serve
Ability to work early mornings, late evenings/nights, and travel for extended periods of time away from home
Must be able to travel for short/ long periods of time
