It’s so essential to be thoughtful about the menus for your event. Whenever we are creating elevated cocktail party menus, we always want to strike a balance between a few heartier items that satiate guests, and a few dainty, one bite options that you can grab and not have to put down a bag, hold a plate, or leave your cocktail.

Henceeeee these little cucumber and hummus baddies, complete with crispy chickpeas and our housemade everything spice.

True hospitality is not only creating a delicious experience, but creating one in which guests feel thought of, feel special, and feel EASE.

Our Story

SKBT specializes in boutique catering. For over seven years, we’ve brought fresh, seasonal, simply delicious food to our clients’ events. Made from scratch, all of our menus and presentations let the ingredients shine. We can work with clients to produce menus that reflect the style and vision of the event, and are able to accommodate special dietary requests (vegan, gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, etc.). Regardless of the type of event we are catering, our food is delicious, un-fussy, beautiful, and always made with love.

SKBT can provide food for your event in a multitude of ways. In-store pick up, delivery and set up at your home or venue, or fully staffed events. We work with a variety of other vendors including event planners and designers, bartending companies, rental companies, florists, and more who we can direct you to for a beautiful and flawlessly executed event.

Here at SKBT, we think that the service is almost as important as the food. Our warm, friendly and professional staff will make sure your event is executed flawlessly from start to finish. We are here for you - and will work to make every delicious detail of the day beautiful and memorable.
