Next week we are hosting Sip and Splash!
An art exhibit opening and painting session with Sarah Fris
Wednesday, June 10 at 7:00pm

Adults are welcome to join Sarah for an hour of snacking, sipping, and splashing paint on paper with friends! Paint, paper, light snacks, and beverages will be provided.

Sarah Rawson Fris is a teacher, watercolor illustrator and year round resident of North Haven. At the end of February, she made the spontaneous decision to join the 100 Day Project. Her goal was to carve out 10-15 minutes a day to splash some paint on paper and see what emerged, sharing her progress on social media. This art show is the result of that idea, dedicated to the endless encouragement from friends and family to keep going!

Tonight and tomorrow are the last Kids' Night Outs before the summer! Today, from 4-6pm grades K-2 will be watching Lilo and Stitch (2005) and eating pizza. Tomorrow, grades 3-5 will be watching The Parent Trap (1998) and eating pizza. $5/child

Auditions for Waterman's summer production of The Sound of Music are next week!
Tuesday, June 2 from 4:30pm-6:30pm
Wednesday, June 3 from 4:30pm-6:30pm

If you can't attend in person but plan to be on North Haven during the summer, you are still welcome to audition by sending in a video! For more information, email [email protected].

Please note that Maria has already been cast and the number of roles for children are limited.

Actors will read a scene from the script (provided at auditions) and learn part of a song from The Sound of Music. Student actors are welcome to sing part of a song they already know and are comfortable with.

Long-time summer resident, Lucy Tittmann, was a talented and prolific watercolor artist. Her artwork is on display and for sale now until June 6.
