🦇💀 Halloween Cake 🖤💜
This year for Halloween baking contest I wanted to try elegant over whimsical with this shimmering bat cake!

Layers of rich black cocoa chocolate cake filled with blackberry ganache and blackberry reduction, covered in vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream. The outside was hand painted and adorned with pointillism frosted bats. It was topped with a hand crafted floral wreath and lace bat.

The chocolate cupcakes were topped with white chocolate skulls filled with a dreamy peanut butter mousse.

I always enjoy coming up with new ideas and challenging myself for this yearly competition. It was so much fun, and I can't wait until next year!

The traditional version is a holiday favorite, but for Halloween I’ve added a peanut butter version to pay homage to my favorite Halloween candy, Reese’s!

🍪🤍 Chocolate Chip Cookie Tower 🌸🍪

I had the pleasure of making my cousins wedding cakes in Tennessee. The bride and groom aren’t huge fans of traditional cake, but they love chocolate chip cookies.

Insert the chocolate chip cookie tower!
My (should be) famous chocolate chunk cookies jumbo sized and stacked with Swiss meringue buttercream.

It was such a unique idea and everyone loved it!

So happy to have been able to be a part of their special day!

🎸💖 🪩Dolly Parton Birthday 🎶💿 🤠

It was so nice being able to spend time with my family in Florida! My nieces birthday happened to fall during our trip, so I was excited to make her cake and do balloons for her party, since I’m never usually around for these celebrations!

She loves music and wants to be a singer, so she chose a Dolly Parton theme!
All things Pink, sparkles, and cowgirl!

🦈🐚 Shark Cake 🛟⭐️

I had so much fun creating this ocean shark cake! All the little details really bring it to life!

Chocolate sea shells, Graham cracker sand, sprinkle bubbles, cardstock accents and shark figurines all make this one so fun!

Carmine had a very specific flavor choice, vanilla cake with chocolate chip cookies, not cookie dough in the middle!
