I was so excited when Stacey B 🐝 asked me to make a bourbon cake for her husband’s birthday. He is an avid collector and his favorite happens to be Blantons Bourbon bourbon. So we decide on a bourbon barrel cake that included a Blanton’s label and the signature horse and jockey topper. I love how it came out!  
 
I love being challenged with new techniques and ideas and that was certainly the case with this one. I always appreciate my clients trusting me to try something new!

A sweet dessert table to celebrate sweet Wesley Fenn’s Baptism. Always a pleasure to be part of any of Gabriella’s celebrations, she throws the most amazing events!  
 
-6 inch, 3 layer lemon blueberry cake, with lemon buttercream filling, and vanilla Swiss Meringue buttercream. Vintage piping and cross details. 
-Cross cake pucks in confetti and oreo

It’s a beautiful thing when the cake matches the theme in a way that it becomes part of the decor!  
 
Tammy requested a lemon cake for her 65th birthday, so that’s exactly what she got! I used inspo from the invitation and incorporated hydrangeas and mini yellow roses and added lemon macarons and sliced lemons to tie it all together.

It’s so special as a baker to be asked to make cakes for kids year after year as the grow up. I love that Carmine always knows what he wants, and comes up with the best ideas! This year was no exception. Charizard, plain and simple...except, surprise, rainbow layers on the inside!

I had so much fun creating these custom tent balloon clusters and specialty cakes to celebrate a special graduation!  
 
I think tent clusters are so fun, and instantly elevate the look of a tent. We used logos of schools past and future as the graduate moves on from Cheshire Academy to play baseball for St. Peter’s University!  
 
St. Peter’s mascot is a peacock, so I knew I had to incorporate that into one of the cakes and I love how it turned out!
