Former restaurant in Syracuse, IN bringing our delish flavors back to SW FL where we first met. Summer 2024 we have relocated back to Lee County, FL! Life is too short so make it count! Chef Todd will be setting up mobile food bus and trailer in Lee County offering brisket, pulled pork, ribs and chicken. 📍The 2021 Freedom 21' smoker trailer with split open door 2 shelf reverse flow smoker, as well as a 8 locking grates and 8 swinging shelves rotisserie reverse flow smoker, stainless steel loading racks, grill, warming box, wood box, 3 basin sink, hand wash sink, large undermount fresh and gray water tanks, on demand hot water heater, fold down metal roof....we have over $30k invested. This cranks out a ton of meat....$19,500 firm!

💔Hey SW FL, we hate making this post but you have been so good to us and we want to let you know that we are shutting down. We have reached out to the places we were scheduled this summer and they have made other arrangements. We will unpublish our page mid week this week. Maybe sometime in the future we can try again, just not now.

Thank you again! On a flip note, now we will have time to come check out other food trucks in SW FL as there are so many of you that have been so helpful and a pleasure to get to know.

If anyone needs supplies (sandwich and food containers- single and 3 compartment, food boats, rib bags, cups, lids, straws, cutlery sets, bus tubs with lids, full, half and third pans with lids, storage cambros, serving utensils- you know.....stuff...) DM me and make an offer on what you need. And of course the big smoker trailer is for sale. Thanks again SW FL!!🥰
