Rental Policy Information:
Silly String is strictly prohibited on ANY inflatables, if it is found on the inflatable we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of $200, If the inflatable is unable to be cleaned the renter is responsible to replace the unit with a new one. Cancellation Policy - Due to the fact that we are a small business we ask that you please treat us with the same

respect that you would wish to be treated. If you need to cancel; please do so at least 7 days before your scheduled rental. If too many people cancel on or the day before the scheduled day of rental this will cause us to start charging a deposit fee... Please help us keep our costs low!! Bad Weather - In the case that there is bad weather on the day of your party you reserve the right to cancel your reservation that morning no later than 7 a.m. . If you choose to have us set up and we are unable to set up, you will not be refunded any deposits. We service all of Lee and surrounding counties!
