Today we’re highlighting our first VALUES MATTER runner-up for Q4: Sophia from our Flight Adventure Park - Jacksonville location! 🚀

Sophia is a positive, happy team member who is always finding ways to lift up other team members and Guests. Her latest adventure is Space Singing with Sophia! She brings so much energy that everyone around can’t help but join in the fun. 🎤✨

From the main court filled with our wall-to-wall trampolines, Sophia belts out fun songs with full energy and the moment is contagious. Parents, kids, and team members all laugh, cheer, and sometimes even record her epic performances. 📱

At Flight, we are adventurous and playful and celebratory and excitable. Sophia delivers both and creates once-in-a-lifetime experiences for our Guests. Congratulations, Sophia! Your energy, creativity, and commitment to our values make a difference every day. 🫶

✨ Celebrating Our Values ✨

Our Q4 Values Matter winners reminded us that living our values can happen in life-saving moments and in quiet, meaningful acts of leadership. Different moments, one shared commitment to doing what’s right. 🫶

DaCory Deans (Flight Adventure Park): 🚀

DaCory responded to a call for help in the restrooms and arrived to find a guest choking and unable to breathe. After confirming she could not breathe and receiving consent, he immediately performed the Heimlich maneuver and cleared her airway. DaCory’s quick thinking and calm response very likely saved that guest’s life, showing what it truly means to be accountable, results driven, and always ready to act.

Dafney Plante Leblond (iSaute Quebec): 🚀

Dafney went above and beyond for her team by using her own time and money to handwrite two-page Christmas cards for every team member, including brand new hires who had just started. Each note was thoughtful, personal, and full of encouragement. Her actions made every team member feel seen, valued, and supported, reflecting true leadership and a commitment to helping others grow.

Please join us in celebrating our Q4 2025 Values Matter winners, DaCory Deans and Dafney Plante Leblond. Thank you both for setting the standard and bringing our values to life every day! 👏
