Duvall Express, located in Charleston, SC, will offer low-medium end caterings to the Charleston and surrounding business communities. We will serve parties of 10+ people with great food service. We will offer a variety of menu items, but specializing in buffet style and drop off lunch service. All of the food and drink items served will be done under the strict supervision of Duvall Corporate’s management team. Duvall Lite will provide Charleston and surrounding areas with high quality catering specializing in lunch services. The catering service will be for local companies looking to raise efficiency and company morale by providing their employees with an excellent and convenient lunch option. We will also provide said clients with catering for assorted parties as well. Duvall will offer a variety of sandwiches, salads, wraps, desserts, and side items. Our main offering would be a small buffet or a drop off lunch service. We would have one of our customer service specialist at each service to ensure that the client receives superior customer service. We would require either a minimum dollar amount guarantee or a minimum amount of employees. The drop off lunch service items would be individually priced while the buffet line will be charged per person with the rate depending on the menu/buffet choice.
