This post comes with a mix of emotions—tough and bittersweet, with sadness, but also a tremendous amount of pride and happiness. After much thought, we have made the difficult decision to close Cast Iron Food Truck & Catering, effective January 1st, 2026.
From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to thank our customers for nearly 14 amazing years of support. Many of you have become more like friends and family, and we want you to know just how much we appreciate you. To the many brides and grooms who trusted us to cater your special day, we say THANK YOU. To the countless small and large companies who hired us year after year, we say THANK YOU.
Even in the face of seemingly insurmountable odds at times, we thrived on the energy and support of the food truck community. It has been an incredible ride, filled with countless moments of joy and excitement. We will miss it all.
A special thank you to Michelle, Robin, and everyone else who helped make Cast Iron one of the top food trucks in the Lowcountry for so many years. Your hard work and dedication have meant the world.
To my family—Sheila, Victor, and Raven—I can never thank you enough for the love and support you've poured into me and this business from day one. I am forever grateful.
Thank you once again for your unwavering support. With love and endless gratitude,
Chef Victor
