Tonight's the Night! We'll be honoring visual art students, high school band (including 8th graders), high school choir, and all students MS or HS who participated in the OMEA District 1 Honors Festival or Solo & Ensemble Contest. We have a great slideshow full of pictures from the year and Mr. Archer, Ms. Slocum, Ms. Meyerson & Mr. Pack can't wait to celebrate your accomplishments with you over cookies after the ceremony! See you there :)

🎶 Spring Choir Concert TONIGHT! 🎶

Join us tonight for our Spring Choir Concert, “A Place at the Table, A Voice in the Crowd.”

🕕 6:00 PM
📍 NBHS Auditorium

The evening will feature performances by:
✨ Middle School Choir
✨ High School Choir
✨ Tenor/Bass Choir
✨ Armonia
✨ Jam Band
✨ Swing Singers

Our students have been working incredibly hard to prepare a meaningful program centered around belonging, community, and finding your voice. We hope you’ll join us for a wonderful evening of music!

Students: Please remember concert attire is black pants, choir polos, and black shoes. High school choir students should also remember their robes will be worn over uniforms.

Choir student call time is 5:15 PM in the choir room, and Swing Singers should arrive by 5:00 PM for mics.

Today we are celebrating our only senior choir member, Katie Brumbaugh! 🎶✨

Katie is a three-year member of NBHS Choir, though she has been involved in choir much longer. During her time at NBHS, she has truly thrived in every aspect of our music program. Katie has been an active member of Swing Singers, NBHS Choir, Armonia, and our musical productions, and she also served as co-drum major this year. In addition, she has represented our program successfully at OMEA Solo & Ensemble Contest.

Katie is truly the life of every party. She brings a huge personality, contagious sense of humor, and unmatched energy to everything she does. Whether on stage, in rehearsal, or simply making others laugh during class, Katie has a way of making every room brighter.

One of Katie’s most admirable qualities is the fearless way she embraces every challenge and opportunity that comes her way. Whether or not she feels it herself, she carries herself with confidence, determination, and heart- qualities that will continue to take her far beyond high school.

Katie, thank you for the joy, leadership, laughter, and passion you have brought to our program. We are so proud of you and cannot wait to see what comes next for you. 🧡🖤
