My Week as Private Chef at the 2025 Masters
What an incredible honor serving as private chef during golf’s most prestigious tournament! While the world watched the drama unfold at Augusta National, I was creating culinary magic in exclusive private homes just minutes from the action.
From welcoming guests with custom charcuterie boards featuring Georgia’s finest ingredients to preparing Champion’s Dinner replicas of Scottie Scheffler’s famous menu (those cheeseburger sliders and firecracker shrimp were a hit!), every meal was designed to enhance the Masters experience.
Tournament week highlights included:
Champagne-poached lobster paired with perfectly grilled filet of beef; Toy’s famous Red Pepper Salsa served with citrus grilled chicken breast; Low Country Crab Cakes with Charleston-inspired flavors; Cabernet-braised short ribs alongside pan-roasted seabass with a Meyer Lemon parsley reduction; Grilled Atlantic Salmon with honey-peach glaze; and Shrimp Ceviche that guests couldn’t stop raving about
We also served Southern pecan pie and Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookies with Ice Cream that disappeared faster than a ball in Rae’s Creek!
The cocktails flowed, the laughter was endless, and the memories created around these tables will last far beyond this year’s tournament. Thank you to the clients who trusted my team to make their Masters week truly unforgettable.
