This past weekend a few of the DMSE team members took a quick trip down to Auckland, New Zealand to check out the event as we prepare to support operations for SailGP in NYC this May. We are excited to get this project underway and showcase what we’ve been working on!

The DMSE Sports team is deeply saddened by the passing of Susan Hurley. 

Susan was more than a colleague within the running community, she was our FAMILY. Through her tireless dedication and passion with  , she inspired and supported thousands of athletes, charities, and community members. Her leadership, generosity, and joy created connections that changed lives and strengthened our entire community.

Susan’s impact reached far beyond running. She was instrumental in making the new Gronk Playground on the Esplanade a reality, a project she helped conceive years earlier and saw through alongside the Gronk Nation Youth Foundation. At the August 19, 2025, opening, Rob Gronkowski publicly credited Susan for her vision and commitment, dedicating one of the playground’s elm trees in her honor, a living tribute to her spirit and the joy she brought to so many.

Our love and support go out to our colleagues Dave, Ryan, Courtney, and Ryan’s brother Max during this difficult time.

Susan’s warmth, energy, and unwavering commitment to helping others will never be forgotten. Her legacy will continue to run strong in the hearts of all who knew her.

We are still buzzing from the heat of the 2025 lululemon 10k Miami! 🔥👟 The DMSE team battled the hot temps, blazing sun, and humidity to bring months of planning to life at another epic event, and do what we do best! A tiring week but we wouldn’t have it any other way!

If you happened to find yourself at the US Olympic Marathon Trials on Saturday, you may have seen a few familiar faces along the course - and we’re not talking about the incredible runners! What an experience for the DMSE crew. And, a special shoutout to Matt, Tom, and Dave for heading the lead vehicle program. This team does it all!

Where did the year go? Somehow it’s already mid-October, but that won’t stop us from reminiscing on another successful DMSE summer! The team traveled all across New England, from Maine to Cape Cod, New Hampshire, Boston, and more! Lots of fun times to look back on, and even more to look forward to in the coming months!

45 years ago TODAY, founder and president and the force behind the success of DMSE Sports, Dave McGillivray completed his 3,452 mile run across the United States for the Jimmy Fund. From Medford, Oregon to his hometown of Medford, Massachusetts and finishing to a standing ovation of 32,000 fans at Fenway Park.

Another greatly successful event in the books! Our newest event, the Turner Trot 5k was a fan favorite for participants, spectators, and the DMSE crew! Thank you to all those who joined us yesterday.
