We Want to Apologize.

As hands-on owners, we’re almost always present to make sure your experience is the best it can be. On Wednesday, April 30th, we took a rare day off—and unfortunately, some things didn’t go the way they should have.

This was the first time we've experienced an issue like this in our absence, and we want you to know it's not reflective of how we normally operate.

A few guests were let down, and that’s not something we take lightly. We’ve spoken with our team and are already making changes to prevent this from happening again, whether we’re on-site or not.
