Private balconies are also underway for Lofts #204, #304, #401, #403, (last pic), and the Sauna, with its extraordinary outdoor loggia should be ready before the first snowfall. 🔥

Lofts 401 and 302 at Greylock WORKS now have generous private terraces with breathtaking Berkshire mountain views!
Come soak in the spaciousness this Sunday, 12-3.

Every loft, every original column and reclaimed floorboard is unique and has been intentionally revitalized. All homes will share a stunning rooftop terrace, sauna, and library.
