Catering has many elements and the more we are involved the more we learn! This week our catering included a corporate type event that was extremely fun for everyone. We could see that family was so important to everyone at Michigan Extruded Aluminum in Jackson!! Thank you to Lana Roark and Ben Vincent for asking us to be part of this special day!!! We are still writing quotes, planning for the upcoming busy weeks which lie ahead, but this week was a different busy for us. Not with food, but with good old hay making!!!
As many of you know, we live on a farm with cattle & horses. The weeks of hay making are really important for us, and this was the week!! This week is where our family stops what they are doing and come together to make sure we are ready for the cold months that lie ahead!!! Everyone pitches in to help from ages 7 all the way to 91. We love these times and are so thankful!!!
We are so thankful for the weather, safety and health that the Lord gave us!!!

An absolutely beautiful day for an absolutely beautiful outside wedding in Techumseh last evening. We love outside weddings and this one was amazing!!! The people, the bride and groom, the parents, the tent, the live band!!! Wow!!! What an amazing evening!!

We hope you all had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. Remembering all the thousands and thousands who have given their lives for our freedom is so important!!!
We were able to enjoy our day with family and friends but wow what a busy few days before.
We had the great opportunity to provide food for two open houses and 1 wedding rehearsal.
We want to send a huge thank you to a few people right now.
To Andrea Herendeen for asking us to supply food for their sons open house!!!!
To Jason and Jennifer Blonde for asking us to set up at your home and provide food for all your friends and family for your daughters open house!!
To Emma Grill and their entire family for allowing us to provide food for your beautiful dress rehearsal at the beautiful White Birch Wedding Barn.
