Desk responsibilities include, but are not limited to: checking-in customers, concession, booking and managing parties. Floor responsibilities include, but are not limited to: supervising the play areas and party hosting.

FUNLATALBES is a children's inflatable party-n-play center specializing in providing FUN to kids of all ages through active play and hosting awesome birthday parties!

Safety of the children and great customer service is our goal. Therefore, a responsible person with a great personality to work well with children, parents and co-workers is a MUST.

Are you looking to work in a FUN, fast-paced environment? If so, FunFlatables is the place for you!

Availability to work NIGHTS and WEEKENDS are a MUST!

FunFlatables is an indoor, year-round, inflatable playground featuring large inflatable bouncers, slides and obstacle courses, as well as toddler climbers. FunFlatables specializes in providing FUN to kids of all ages through hosting Open Play, Birthday Parties, Field Trips and Fundraisers. Some FunFlatables’ locations also offer concessions and arcade play.

FunFlatables is a very fast-paced environment, especially on the weekends. The perfect candidate will have the professionalism, energy and enthusiasm to monitor and supervise open play, as well as, coordinate and service birthday parties, field trips, fundraisers and entertainment to families, schools, churches, companies, groups, and organizations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include, but are not limited to:
*Greeting and checking-in customers.
*Stocking and selling of concessions.
*Managing inbound and outbound phone calls and emails.
*Booking, managing and hosting parties, field trips, fundraisers and misc. events.
*Managing shift deposits and bank deposits.
*Monitoring play areas to ensure participants are following our safety rules and policies.
*Extensive cleaning to maintain a clean and safe environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
*Exceptional customer service skills and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
*Provide customers with a fun and friendly experience.
*Must maintain a professional appearance.
*Ability to have complete knowledge of our policies, products and services.
*Ability to enforce policies and safety rules responsibly, professionally and respectfully.
*Ability to work as a team player with all team members.
*Effective communication and listening skills.
*Ability to have compassion, patience, self-control and use ‘positive language’.
*Ability to thoroughly clean and sanitize.
*Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
*Must be responsible, flexible and reliable.
*Must have reliable transportation.
*Must pass a drug test and background check.

CLEANING AND SANITIZING. Providing a clean environment for children to play is also top priority. Having the ability and endurance to keep our facility cleaned and sanitized daily is a MUST.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Providing outstanding customer service is our goal. Having the ability to work well with children, parents and all team members is a MUST.
