Sometimes, we get the opportunity to be a little extra creative with some of our own events, and we love it! We are honored to host the Norman North girls' golf team for their annual banquet and always want to do something special for these ladies who have put a lot of work into their season. We offered a spring citrus salad with a new blueberry vinaigrette dressing, which is incredibly delightful. The proteins were bourbon-glazed salmon and herb-roasted chicken with sides of green beans and mashed potatoes. For desserts, they enjoyed the most delicious gluten-free individual cheesecakes with their very own cheesecake toppings bar! Congratulations, ladies, on an amazing season!
