Let’s hear it for Moore Jazzercise Center—our Best Movers & Shakers at the Norman Mardi Gras Parade: Pollinator Palooza! 🎉🎶

These fabulous dancers brought the heat and had the crowd buzzing with their unstoppable energy and killer moves! With synchronized routines, big smiles, and all the Mardi Gras flair, they turned the parade route into a full-on dance party. 🪩🔥

Who says workouts have to be boring? Jazzercise proves that fitness can be fierce, fun, and full of rhythm. Thanks for showing us how to shake it in true parade style!

A huge congratulations to Mirage Dance Company for winning Best Doggie Gras at this year’s Norman Mardi Gras Parade: Pollinator Palooza! 🐝💃🐶

Congratulations to the Mighty Marching Falcons Band, under the direction of Showtime Wilson, for winning the Fabulous Flanigan Award! (Best Overall Parade Entry) This band has over 100 members, ranging from 5th to 12th grade, all from Millwood Public Schools .

It took two big buses, a pickup truck and a trailer to get this talented band and their instruments to Downtown Norman, not to mention fuel for the kids & clean uniforms. Thanks to generous donations from 405 Brewing Co. and Corr Veterinary Services, we were able to bring them back again.

What a Night! 🎭🌿✨

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who made the Norman Mardi Gras Parade: Pollinator Palooza a buzzing success last night! From the incredible floats and costumes to the dedicated volunteers and enthusiastic spectators, you all brought the energy, creativity, and community spirit that make this event so special.

The streets were alive with color, music, and celebration—just like a true pollinator’s paradise! 🐝🦋🌸 We’re so grateful to everyone who participated, helped behind the scenes, and came out to cheer.

We Fly at Sunset!! The weather's looking fine tonight for the 2025 Norman Mardi Gras Parade. We're expecting a big crowd, so come early and enjoy all the great food and entertainment the local businesses of Downtown Norman have to offer!

Lots of great parties after the parade, too, ! The Award Ceremony at The Depotis right after the parade. We hear there'll be Live Music at Beer Is Good Brewing Company, a Dance Party at Opolis Prod, Karaoke at Bison Witches - Normanand that Guestroom Records will be open until 9.

The 2025 Norman Mardi Gras Parade is TOMORROW and what a line-up! Thousands of people will be in Downtown Norman to watch our parade roll, skate, dance, bicycle and march down Main Street. The party starts when the streets start shutting down at 6, with festivities all over downtown, some lasting late into the night!

The parade is only possible with the support of community-minded volunteers and local businesses like the following. Please thank them by showing your support.

Hey, ! Guess who's coming back to play the 2025 Norman Mardi Gras Parade this Saturday night?

The Panther Jazz Band, sponsored by Petrilla Enterprises, will be both marching *and* riding a float this coming Saturday! The 22 member jazz ensemble comes from Putnam City North High School and is under the direction of Desiree Whiteman.

We LOVE contributing to high school music programs and are tremendously grateful to sponsors like local contractors Petrilla Enterprises for making it possible!

WOW, it's almost here, ! Just another few days before Downtown Norman blooms with the 2025 Norman Mardi Gras Parade for Pollinator Palooza! There'll be festivities & special menus galore, including at Scratch Kitchen & Cocktails! They're Bead Sponsors this year and just a few blocks east on Main Street from the parade route.

We hear it's at Scratch, so stop by, say thanks and tell them we sent you!

Bead sponsors help us buy throws for the audience. They also help make up costs not covered by larger donors & fund raisers. They've been especially important this year- it's been a lean one.
