Amberly’s Sensational Celebrations is a youth-led project that hosts birthday & princess parties for children in need.

Partnering with local organizations, the mission is to spread joy, love, and purpose because every child deserves to feel celebrated. Amberly’s Sensational Celebrations hosts joyful events—like birthday and princess parties—for families in need, reminding every child that they are loved and their story matters. We are currently seeking sponsors to help us offer these special celebrations completely free to the families we serve. We also host community princess parties at Byrdie’s Bakery, where a portion of the proceeds is donated to Amberly’s Magical Bookshelf, providing free books and toys to families at the Share Center at Food and Shelter. Each party invites guests to bring a donation of new or gently used books and toys to help us keep the magic going! 🎉📚👑💛

💛 Something really special happened! 💛

I recently got to speak at Norman City Council for World Humanitarian Day and accept a proclamation from the Norman Human Rights Commission!

I was really nervous before I spoke, but I’m so glad I got to share why helping people is important to me and what I think it means to be a humanitarian.

I started Sensational Celebrations when I was 7 because I wanted to help people in my community feel special and cared about. Since then, I’ve gotten to celebrate birthdays, collect birthday wishes, share flowers and treats with people at shelters and food pantries, build and paint a bookshelf for kids at The Share Center, collect books and toys, and have princess birthday celebrations for kids staying in shelters. 👑🎂📚🌸

One thing I’ve learned is that you don’t have to be an adult or have a lot of money to make a difference.

Sometimes it can be as simple as a birthday cake, a flower, a book, or asking someone, “What do you need?”

I’m really thankful for everyone who has supported Sensational Celebrations and helped me make these things happen over the years. I definitely couldn’t do it by myself! ❤️
