The MVP of the Team. The loading and unloading of equipment and food, she helps do it. Loading the grill, she does it. When the trailer pops off at 2am in the past, she comes and helps. Prep work of the food, she helps. The business really couldn’t go the way it does without the help of my wife and she is the MVP.

We finished DadCamp strong with breakfast today.

Great weekend and glad to be a part of it. Great Dad’s and kids are part of this event. Dad’s becoming stronger fathers and building their bond with their children.

Had a guy yell “There is the Barbecue King” when I was carrying in lunch. There is only one King, King Jesus. But I did appreciate such a great compliment.

I had one guy tell me today that the cobbler I made was the best dessert he has ever had. That was pretty cool.

Great event and we have another in August!!!
