We never stop learning new skills. Today was my first time running a virtual party. It was the end of year celebration for one of my schools. What an amazing feeling it was to see my students faces and smiles just one more time!

Gear rundown:
Hardware: 2018 15” MacBook Pro, iPad gen 6, LG 32” HDTV (my usual 20” external display wasn’t large enough for all the stuff I had going), Pioneer DDJ-sx3, Samsung T5-ssd. No speakers needed for this event.

Software: VirtualDJ8 (running a visualizer that emulated a dance floor...and a dancing Incredible Hulk and iron man), Zoom, BlackHole virtual audio cable.

To the clients and customers of Apex Entertainment, LLC that may be impacted by the COVID-19 situation: please be assured that we are with you should you need to make adjustments to your event for the well-being of your guests. We understand, and will help find a solution should you need to postpone, reschedule, or cancel your event.

Regarding in-person meetings with clients: we are monitoring the situation as it unfolds, and will work to find an alternative solution should it be needed. We are prepared to conduct meetings remotely via FaceTime and Zoom.
