We’ve been keeping the most precious, perfect secret. Baby Austin TWINS are coming March 2027 🤍🤍 this is a dream I never thought would come true. We’re over the moon elated, proud, joyful, hopeful, scared out of our minds, and beyond grateful that these little ones chose to be ours. Our greatest blessing and biggest adventure. We love you so much already, little ones 🤍

My parents accident was a year ago today & I’ve never really talked about it. It’s the most scared I’ve ever been, and I am so beyond grateful they’re both still here. Even though it could’ve been worse, it’s still be a really, really tough year as my mom navigates recovering from her brain injury. She still can’t drive, go into stores alone, walk backwards, fly on a plane, she’s in constant pain and the list goes on. My parents entire lives revolved around her recovery. All because some idiot was texting and driving. NOTHING ON YOUR PHONE IS WORTH SOMEONES LIFE. NOTHING. Let this be a reminder to not text, scroll, FaceTime, watch TV or record while driving. Ever!!!!!

Time to go squeeze my parents a little tighter today 💙 I am so proud of how they’ve both handled this really rough past year, and I’m looking forward to the next year bringing healing.

It’s hard for me to be vulnerable and share things like this, so thanks for listening. Love you, mean it 🫶🏼(unless you text and drive)

In honor of Father’s Day, here’s one of my most favorite memories with my dad ever 🤍🥹my dad taught me to be a strong woman, and showed that day how strength comes through vulnerability. I’m so lucky to be his daughter.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, wanna be dads, dad figures, and any person in between. 💙

Confession time: over the last few months, this page and my business have done nothingggg but make me feel small. I’ve been constantly feeling like I am not doing enough and comparing myself to other people. I started measuring my self worth based on how a video does or how many inquiry emails I get in a week, and it started to trickle over into every part of my life. “Why didn’t get more done at work or around the house today?” “Why would I post that video, no one cares what I have to say!” “I am a bad friend because I haven’t reached out enough this week!” It’s caused me to just feel very… inadequate. That’s really the best word I can find for it.

I think a lot of us struggle with that feeling no matter what we do, because the expectations of being a woman are just SO hard. We are supposed to do it all. But I would never want someone I care about to talk to themselves or about themselves the way I’ve been talking to myself lately. And I want the gathering gal to be a reflection of who I am - not who I think people want me to be. It all feels very middle school to admit, but there are some demons we fight our whole lives and this is (unfortunately) one of mine.

If you need to hear it today, you’re good enough just the way you are. You’re doing the best you can, and the best you can is enough. These are the things I am trying to sink into my own heart and I hope you do the same.

I am going to do my best to show up here, everyday, as the person I am, no matter what that looks like. If you made it this far, thank you. Love you, mean it 🫶
